Reinforced with vertical stiffeners (6mm wire) at 900mm intervals, the structure accommodates 150-300mm angular rock fill. Units interlock via zinc-alloy shackles (8mm diameter) and integrate geogrid anchors (20kN tensile strength) at the base for slope integration. Complies with AASHTO M 181 specifications for transportation infrastructure, with UV-stabilized coating (RAL 7021) for prolonged outdoor exposure.
